The Villa is just a short drive from Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches. As you enter the villa, the entrance hall offers a guest toilet, a living room and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. There is also the kitchen and 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Both with double beds and one with access to the terrace.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in shower. There is also access to a large east-facing terrace here.

On the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is also a cinema room and a small gym and the laundry room on this level.

The lovely swimming pool for a refreshing dip can be heated for an extra charge of 250 euros per week in the early or late season.
